What is an OSC?
Owner’s Statement of Care. Every service, receipt, and mile logged against your VIN so you can prove how the car was cared for — from the day you bought it to the day you hand it off.
I just bought a new car. Should I start now?
Yes. The best OSCs start on day one. Log the factory purchase, drop in the window sticker, and every oil change, tire rotation, and receipt goes into the record from mile one. That paper trail is what a future buyer will pay a premium for.
Are the reliability reports really free?
Yes. Enter your email, get the full report. Reports help you shop smarter; OSC is where you document the ownership after.
What if I bought a used car with no records?
That’s the most common case. You start the OSC the day you take delivery — every service you do from here becomes provable. If you have older receipts, drop them into the glovebox and they’re on the record too.
What if I do end up selling one day?
You can hand the buyer an OSC Transfer — a signed PDF of the full ownership record. Or use the standalone $5 OSC Transfer if you only need it once.
